Inner Fitness: Team Lead

Inner Fitness are weekly one-hour sessions exploring the non-physical side of well-being. Inspired by an aspect of physical fitness, travel inwards and exercise your spiritual power using the power of your mind, heart, awareness and attitudes.

This session on “Team Lead” explores the character and qualifications of providing spiritual leadership, first for the self – and then for others.
