4 weeks – 1 1/2 hrs per session – One evening per week
This is a meditation course for beginners. Raja Yoga is ‘yoga for the mind’. It helps to focus the energy of thinking in directions that create and sustain the experience of peace, love, and happiness.

Saturday, September 21st – 2pm to 5pm
Are my thoughts aligned with the call of the time? Time
is telling us that now, ‘I need to be stable’. Stable in
my faith, understanding, and connection. If I have that
stability, I will make sure that I am connected and from a
spiritual perspective, I will know what I need to do now.
